Funding for Housing Disrepair

Please note that our fees for housing disrepair claims can be funded using a Conditional Fee Agreement, commonly known as a 'no win no fee' agreement.  This means if your claim is unsuccessful, you will not be required to pay us (subject to terms and conditions, including a successful allegation of fraud and/or early discontinuation of a claim). If your claim is successful, we will obtain a portion of our costs from the other side, and you will pay us the remainder plus a success fee.

There are also likely to be fees for disbursements such as counsel fees, etc.

Please contact Hadid Law Solicitors Limited to discuss the best funding arrangement for you.
